It's the second licensed edition of this album. After european release (Invasion Wreck Chords), Denver based Vendetta Music released US-edition in Summer 2008. Now "Justified Thirst For Blood" available in Belarus.

it all started on a rainy weekend back in october 1999 with a gathering of bands, friends and fans of rhythmic industrial music in an old bunker in aachen, germany. performing that first maschinenfest were twelve bands from germany and belgium - and even 2 from the u.s. - who left the almost 500 visitors screaming for more. and more is what they got!
since that first episode maschinenfest became an annual experience for admirers of a style of music which can't be put under one label. it comes in many varieties and just as many names. industrial, rhythmic noise, powernoise, ambient in its many disguises, powerelectronics, breakcore, idm, experimental music, digital hardcore, technoid, ritual ... you name it and the specific style has had a place on the maschinenfest stage. which is no surprise when you consider the festival growing from a two evening event amongst friends in a moist aachener bunker into a 3 day festival with 30 performing acts at the kulturfabrik in krefeld, germany.
this year is the tenth anniversary of maschinenfest and for this year (and this year only!) the happening has been extended with an extra - fourth - day. and four days also means an incredible line-up with bands coming from all over the world: germany, america, holland, belgium, canada, japan, belarus, switzerland, spain ... and talk about international: an inventory of last years ticket-sales showed the audience originated from 30 different countries from all over the planet!
and why everybody keeps coming back? it can be one of many reasons: the crystal clear pa system which manages to reproduce the (mostly) electronic sounds perfectly ... the very mildly priced tickets (70 euro for the whole festival - with a free double cd) ... the incredible lightning system, which seems to be growing each year ... or the before mentioned music ... the atmosphere or the friendships being built with likeminded people ...
a fact is that from that first weekend in 1999 maschinenfest grew out to be the best known and most visited rhythmic industrial festival around the world. and not without a reason!

CTRLer "This Is Hardcore" (INV042) OUT NOW!

"This Is Hardcore" is the brand new full-length album from Madrid-based electronic music producer CTRLer, also known as collaborator of AMBASSADOR21 and PLACID.
Two years have been necessary for CTRLer to design, create and produce his third album. The title is a good description of what we are going to look for inside: fast beats, breakcore chaos and hard drum-n-bass. In the same line as his previous album "Noize For America"
(D-Trash Records 2005), the new album is again full of samples from his favourite metal bands, such as MARILYN MANSON, TOOL or FEAR FACTORY. These names are not in the credits but it's not difficult to discover the samples if you listen carefully between noises, breaks and overdrives.
The first harsh song on the album that includes an ultra-fast sample from MINISTRY, is again a good example of the style of the album, but there are also songs as "Classics", which is produced mixing classical music samples and distorted breaks, or "The A Team" cover, which is one of the biggest success on the CTRLer crazy gigs. The album ends with a cover of the RAMONES' "Cretin Hop", which is far away from the original except from the lyrics. This song includes also a hidden surprise on the last minutes.
As bonus tracks, the album includes three remixes by BONG-RA, PROYECTO MIRAGE and RPA. The artwork, as usual, has been designed by Carolina Alcala, including a restyled logo and a very sexy cover.
